Paint Types

The most used basic paint types of coil coating technology are as follows. In addition, some special lacquers and varnishes are also used often in coil coating technology.

Polyester Paints

Polyester paints is the most widely used surface coating in coil coating precesses. The product can be used at both indoor abd outdoor applications.The application area is quite wide and various glossiness alternatives are available.

PVDF Paints

PVDF is the most resistant coating for corrosion and outdoor applications consisting Polyvinyliden Fluoride and Acrylic Resin (70% / 30%). It has also high UV and chemical resistance in spite of its high cost and low covering. Lasting level of its color and glossiness is high.

Pur-Pa Paints

Pur-Pa paints can be applied thicker than polyester and PVDF paints and has a high friction resistance and hardness because of its polyamide contents. It is a highly resistant product for scratches and suitable to use at extreme pulling and bending applications. These paints can be applied as smooth or embossed.

Plastisol Paints

Plastisol paints has a high outdoor and corossion resistance which is applied at high thicknesses. It provides a good balance between elasticity and hardness. Plastisol paints has a good resistance for frictions and scratches in addition to its high resistance level for humidity and salt. It has a successful usability for bendşng and shaping processes. This high resistant product is convenient to use in cold and humid environments in both indoor and outdoor applications.

Coating Types

PVC Film and PET Film are in the first place in types of coatings that applied to metal surfaces. In addition, there are protective films that be applied to protect the pre-painted and pre-coated metal surface.

PVC Film

PVC films are laminated on aluminium and galvanized / aluzinc surfaces, offering customers a huge selection of usage in both indoor and outdoor locations with its quality and wide selection of colors/patterns. According to customer requests, food safe, high UV resistance and low flame spread PVC's can also be supplied.

PET Film

PET films can be laminated on aluminium and galvanized / aluzinc surfaces. Excellent chemical resistance, ink stain proof for refrigerators, low dirt pick-up and easy cleaning, excellent scratch resistance properties enable PET lamination system as one of the most valuable products in today's market applicable in both indoor and outdoor areas.

Protective Film

It is a film cover that can be applied to protect pre-painted / pre-coated metal surface from dirt and scratch during the transportation, formation and application stages. It can be applied transparent or colored with 40, 50, 60, 80 micron thick. Films that are used temporary must shelled out after the transportation or their formation stage.
